El participante declara que participa voluntariamente en la actividad (moto de agua, banana acuática o parasailing), comprende los riesgos inherentes, confirma que está en condiciones físicas adecuadas, seguirá las instrucciones del personal y utilizará el equipo de seguridad. Asume los riesgos normales e inevitables de la actividad y renuncia a reclamaciones derivadas exclusivamente de dichos riesgos. Esta cláusula no excluye la responsabilidad de la empresa en los casos en que la legislación aplicable no permite su exclusión, incluyendo negligencia o incumplimientos legales.

The participant declares that they voluntarily participate in the activity (jet ski, water banana or parasailing), understand the inherent risks, confirm they are in adequate physical condition, will follow staff instructions and will use the safety equipment provided. They assume the normal and unavoidable risks of the activity and waive any claims arising exclusively from such risks. This clause does not exclude the company’s liability in cases where applicable law does not permit such exclusion, including negligence or legal breaches.
